About the Role
Support the day-to-day operation of NT&C's digital tools and business workflows.
Test website features, digital forms, dashboards and user journeys.
Identify and document bugs, usability issues and process improvements.
Assist in organising and maintaining internal databases and CRM records.
Support the administration of NT&C Capital Bridge workflows.
Track user submissions, workflow statuses and operational follow-ups.
Assist in preparing process documents, user guides and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with internal team members on product updates and operational improvements.
Support basic reporting and operational dashboard preparation.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive administrative tasks.
Assist with user feedback analysis and feature testing.
Maintain accurate documentation while following appropriate data-access and confidentiality practices.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field.
Comfortable working with digital tools and spreadsheets.
Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
Basic understanding of website functionality and digital workflows.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems.
